I’m a picky mom. I’m a choosy mom. I can’t help it. I’ve worked in Quality for the past 12 years. I’ve excelled in my career because of my ablilty to quickly analyze and identify problems. To pick apart designs and make them better. To take a product and anticipate any complaint a consumer might have.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to leave that critical hat at work. The design flaws of my stroller drive me crazy. The clever design of my Pack N’ Play delight me. I research products until I find the best available… within reason. We are fortunate enough to be able to afford some very nice products, but choose not to spend extra money where it’s not worth it.

I’ll share my choices here. I don’t claim that they’re bargins. But I won’t spend extra money for a frivolous features or a pretty color (usually… I’ll be sure to point out any exceptions.) I look for the best deal on the best possible product.
